Group Features
Call Logs - Call logs are available from the administrative portal and through certain applications. Our user-friendly portal keeps a complete record of all your inbound and outbound calls including faxes. Viewing missed calls is easy because every call is tracked. With the click of a mouse logs provide the caller name, phone number, extensions, date, time, and duration of the call.
Call Waiting - Notifies call recipient of a second call while a call is already in progress. You have the option to switch between calls.
Inbound Caller Name Delivery - Caller Name will be sent to the IP PBX as provided to the Broad-Connect network.
Inbound Caller Number Delivery - Caller Number will be sent to the IP PBX as provided to the Broad-Connect network.
Outbound Caller Name Delivery - Caller Name will be sent from the Broad-Connect network to the called number. The default value is the Company Name.
Outbound Caller Number Delivery - Caller Number will be sent from the Broad-Connect network to the called number as provided by the IP PBX.
Basic Line Hunting - Each line rings in a predefined order starting with the dialed number.
SIP Trunking Optional Add-On Features
Account Codes - Account codes enable you to track employee name, employee number, client name, and project number. After each call your invoice is documented and sorted by account code. Verified account codes ensure greater security and entering a code is mandatory. Non-verified accounts are flexible but less secure. Broad-Connect supports both verified and non-verified account codes.
Audio Conferencing - is beneficial to your productivity and time. Audio conferencing empowers your organization to arrange meetings with multiple individuals either on-demand or scheduled in advance. Audio conferencing can be internal to your company or include external members. See the full Audio Conferencing details.
Auto Attendant - Inbound calls will be greeted by an automated receptionist and serve as the gatekeeper with a professional appearance. The automated receptionist will route all inbound calls to their appropriate destination.
Directory Listing - White Page Directory Listings for your company name, address, and telephone number.
Forwarding Numbers - Simple forwarding number service from one DID to another, on or off the network.
Growth Reserved Number - Spare telephone numbers allocated for future growth. They maybe purchased in any quantity.
Hunt Group - Sequential, Circular, Uniform and Simultaneous hunting policies are supported in our advanced incoming call hunting. Call forwarding is available on busy or by time schedule. Optional hosted voicemail box is included.
Local Number Portability - LNP service is available for porting numbers from another provider to Broad-Connect within the same local rate centre.
Toll Free Numbers - Inbound-only toll free service for 800, 866, 877 and 888 numbers and vanity toll free numbers are available.
Voicemail Box - Independent Voicemail box that does not integrate with the PBX.
