Account Codes - Account Codes is a method of tracking of calls by dialed code and is the perfect solution for call centres dealing with high volume traffic. Call centres handle a large call volume on a regular basis and on occasion encounter chargeback and fraud situations. Broad-Connect’s accurate account codes enable you to track employee name, employee number, client name, and project number. After each call your invoice is documented and sorted by account code. Verified account codes ensure greater security and entering a code is mandatory. Non-verified account is flexible but less secure. Verified and non-verified account codes supported.

Audio Conferencing - Audio conferencing internally and outside of your company is beneficial to your productivity and time. Audio conferencing empowers your organization to arrange meetings with multiple individuals.

Auto Attendant - Inbound calls will be greeted by an automated receptionist and serve as gatekeeper with a professional appearance. The automated receptionist will route all inbound calls to their appropriate destination.

Directory Listing - White Page Directory Listings for your company name, address, and telephone number.

Forwarding Numbers - Simple forwarding number service from one DID to another, on or off-net.

Growth Reserved Number - Spare telephone numbers allocated for future growth. They maybe purchased in any quantity.

Hunt Group - Sequential, Circular, Uniform and Simultaneous hunting policies are supported in our advanced incoming call hunting. Call forwarding is available on busy or by time schedule. Optional hosted voicemail box included.

Local Number Portability - LNP service is available for porting numbers from another provider to Broad-Connect within the same local rate centre.

Toll Free Numbers - Inbound-only toll free service for 800, 866, 877 and 888 numbers and vanity toll free numbers are available.

Voicemail Box - Hosted voicemail box, does not integrate with customer PBX.

Voicemail Portal - Hosted voicemail system. Required if hosted voicemail boxes are needed.
