This service also supports legacy PBX implementations, strengthening the business case for switching to IP and making your migration even easier. With our fully featured SIP Trunking solution you can expect:
Basic Line Hunting - Series Hunting can be enabled as needed. Each line is attempted in a predefined order starting with the dialed number; calls do not loop. Call Waiting must be disabled.
Call Logs - Call logs are available through our administrative portal and through some applications. Our user-friendly portal keeps a complete record of all your inbound and outbound calls including faxes. Viewing missed calls no longer have to be a task. With every call tracked the portal logs the caller name, phone number, extensions, date, time, and duration of the call with the click of a mouse.
Call Waiting - Notifies call recipient of a second call while a call is already in progress. This allows you to switch between calls.
Inbound Caller Name Delivery - Caller Name will be sent to the IP PBX as provided to the Broad-Connect network.
Inbound Caller Number Delivery - Caller Number will be sent to the IP PBX as provided to the Broad-Connect network.
Outbound Caller Name Delivery - Caller Name will be sent from the Broad-Connect network to the called number. The default value is the Company Name.
Outbound Caller Number Delivery - Caller Number will be sent from the Broad-Connect network to the called number as provided by the IP PBX.
