Dial-out Directly To Participants

This is a new and exciting features offered by Broad-Connect Telecom; it allows you to create conference with all the participants, with their direct numbers (Mobile or Office DID). At the time of the conference, the system dials out to all the participants asking them to join.

Benefits of this new feature:

  • Have higher percentage of participants on the call.
  • Save money, as the participants do not have to dial a toll free number to join the conference call.

Unique Conferencing Features

Secure Audio Conferencing refers to conferencing which makes use of encrypted audio. The main advantage being that such conferences are immune from eavesdropping. Secure conferencing is typically used by Government Officials, Embassy’s, Security Personnel, Financial regulators etc - anyone whose communication needs to be kept secure		 Emergency Conference

Your conferencing system can make an outbound call to the phone number(s) of individuals who are defined as part of an emergency contact list. In the event of an emergency the first participant that calls into the emergency conference will trigger the emergency mode, prompting the system to call all other members of the emergency list.
